We are a family owned and operated business since 1951 here in Laramie. We have employed four generations of family members over the years. Cowboy Moving has been located in the same location at 104 Fetterman St for the entire 62 years.
Services
We are able to offer local moving services for both residential and business’s. Cowboy Moving has a large fleet of straight trucks, semi-trucks, semi-trailers and forklifts to fit any moving need.
If your need is a long distance move, Cowboy Moving is an agent for Allied Van Lines. With this association we are able to book moves using Allied Van Lines for all your long distance and international household goods moving needs. All Allied drivers have a CDL, are background checked and in a random drug test program.
Packing and crating are just a couple more services we offer. We can pack a whole house or just those specialty items that you need packed. We are very experienced in crating items that need that extra special protection for the upcoming trip to your new destination.
Commercial/Residential Storage
Our 13000 sq ft storage facility is just another tool in our belt that we can offer to make your move a little easier. This warehouse is filled with 320 vaults (wood crates) available for safe, clean and affordable storage of all your household goods. We also have floor space available for commercial storage.
Mini – Storages
We also offer 240 mini-storage units at our local location here in Laramie. These units range in size from 5’ x 10’, 10’ x 10’ and 10’ x 20’.
Military
We are a military approved vendor for moving and storage. Our storage facility is inspected a minimum of once per year to insure we are following all of the regulations to handle our military personal household items.
Budget Truck Rental
As a dealer for Budget Truck Rental, we can also meet all of your rental truck needs. Budget Truck Rental offers trucks (10’, 16’, and 24’), tow dollies and trailers in several sizes. Also available are furniture pads and dollies. Reservations can be made on line at www.budgettruck.com or give us a call and we can make a reservation for you.
